• Would you like to request a certain book or type of book from our school library?  You can request either a specific book (by book name or author name) or a kind of book (for example:  reptiles).  When you fill out this form it will be sent to Mrs. Odum and she will do her best to get this book for you.  You can fill out this form more than once asking for different books or types just in case Mrs. Odum cannot get your first choice for you.  You know that some books are very popular and may be checked out when you ask for it.  When the book is available, Mrs. Odum will bring it to you during your next library class time.
