    Elementary Self-Contained Classroom Teacher

    Elementary School Social Worker

    Junior High Social Studies

    Director of Nursing (1/2 Time)/High School Health Careers Teacher (1/2 Time)

    10-month position   Position duties will split between the Director of Nursing and High School teaching.  Candidate must be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing.  A School Nurse Certification is desired but not required.   Candidate must have a hold or be able to obtain an Educator License with Stipulations (ELS) for grades 9-12 with an endorsement as a Career and Technical Educator in Health Professional and Related Clinical Services.   Additionally, candidate CPR instructor certification or willingness to obtain certification is desired.  The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching introductory Health Career courses.  Must have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.  

    District Nursing Supervisor:
    Responsible for daily supervision and scheduling of seven school nurses in the district (including substituting as needed), assisting nurses with compliance reporting, hearing and vision screenings, orientation/training of new nurses, and compiling state reports.  Also, responsible for teacher CPR for district-wide staff.

    Health Careers Teacher:
    Responsible for teaching two class periods per day at Marion High School for grades 9-12, developing lesson plans, arranging guest speakers, collaborating with other medical careers and CNA teachers, and maintaining Health Careers Curriculum Map.  Educator will be evaluated using the Danielson Model. 

    Part-Time Elementary Digital Literacy (Adams School)

    Position requires a Professional Educator License (PEL) with an Elementary Education Endorsement to instruct K-5 students of current digital literacy practices and facilitate change in instructional technology practices of teachers that will enable them to plan more productively and teach more effectively.  The successful candidate must display an excellent understanding of technology standards, differentiated instruction, and assessment strategies that ensure student growth.  In addition, the candidate must be able to work in a professional learning community, effectively use technology and foster positive home/school engagement. 

     High School Secretary

    12 Month Position

    Under the direction of the principal, performs a variety of clerical and support work involving both specific routine and broadly defined policies and procedures; greets and interact with the public, works cooperatively with staff, students, and parents and performs other related duties as assigned.
