Hello, my name is Mrs. Bowning. I have been an educator for 20+ years. I have worked in the state of Missouri and Illinois. I have been employed at Marion Unit #2 for fourteen years. I have taught first grade and am currently teaching elementary music for K-5.
I am married to John and we have two children, Hannah and Zechariah. Hannah is a junior at SIU-Edwardsville and is studying to become a Learn Behavior Specialist (LBS1) with an additional math endorsement. Zechariah is a senior at MHS and involed with the Building Trades Program. John is the owner of Bruce Electric Service, Inc. in Marion and continues the family business that has been in operation for over 40 years.
