On December 23, 2024, President Biden signed the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act
(PBRA) and Employer Reporting Improvement Act (ERIA) into law.
The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (PBRA), provides statutory authority for the IRS’s
allowance for employers to distribute copies of Forms 1095-B and 1095-C to full-time
employees and individuals only upon request, subject to the furnishing of a notice of
availability. Employers would still be required to annually file Forms 1095-B and 1095-C
with the IRS.
What this means is that we will not be mailing ACA forms to everyone.  If you or your
tax preparer requests a copy please send me an email to
kdefrank@marionunit2.org requesting one and we will mail it or you can print
your own copy through Employee Access in Skyward.  You will click on the ACA
1095 Forms to be able to print from Skyward.
You will only have this form if you qualify for health insurance.
