Creal Springs Elementary School, located in Creal Springs, IL, is a Pre-K through 8th Grade building housing about 203 students. It is now part of the Marion Community Unit School District #2; however, at one time, it was a school district by itself. The school was originally built in 1912 and added on to later.
Creal Springs School has one class of each grade kindergarten through eighth and a morning and afternoon pre-kindergarten class. The school also houses a library, computer lab, and gym.
The classroom teachers are supported by a principal, reading recovery teacher, resource teacher, parent liaison, guidance counselor, speech teacher, music teacher,secretary, media aide, two cooks, two custodians, and noontime supervisors. All of these people work together to provide a safe environment for students to be able to learn and be the best they can be.

E ducation/ R ecreation. It provides after school daycare for Creal Springs School students whose parents are at work when school is dismissed. This program allows students (for a small fee) to stay at school until parents are able to pick them up. Any parent of a Creal Springs School student that would like more information about this program may call the school and ask that information be sent to them. This is just one more way that Creal Springs School is striving to meet the needs of its students.
