The winter holidays are here!  Whether you celebrate Bodhi Day, Boxing Day, Christmas, Eid-al-Adha, Hanukkah, Junkanno, Kwanzaa, Las Posadas, nothing at all, Winter Solstice, Yule, or even FESTIVUS (haha), try giving a book to someone during this winter season!  

Books are wonderful for our kiddos' brains.  They spur creativity, build imaginations, and are just plain fun, so give a gift of a book this year!

P.S.--Many different religions and cultures celebrate special days or times during this season.  I've just listed a few.  Why don't you look up some more and learn something about another culture!  It is a great discussion topic for curious young learners! :)
