Request for Parent Portal Access
Marion Community Unit School District #2

Beginning the 2008-2009 school year, Marion Unit #2 is using a student management software called InformationNOW. As did the previous version of the STI software with the "Home" product, InformationNOW includes a "parent portal" to allow parents to view students' grades, attendance, discipline and other information.

In order to be granted access to the parent portal, the following form should be completed in full. Please enter all information for each student entered (though the program will not force you to). When all information has been entered, click on the Submit button at the bottom. Each person requesting access should fill out a separate form. If parents and/or guardians choose to share accounts that is up to them.

The information provided will only be used to verify the identity of the requestor and their connection to the student, and for notification once the access has been granted.

If a requestor's email address is specified, a notification message will be sent to that address with the necessary login information. Otherwise a letter will be sent via US Mail to the address specified.
